“Very good to be seen by an expert who wanted to tell you what the problem was and what he was going to do about it. This level of service is worth the money...which anyway was roughly comparable with other Hearing centres. And the treatment has worked well.”

“My hearing had depleted a lot so, on recommendation from a friend, i went to see Patricia at South East Hearing. The change that the hearing aids have made is brilliant.- especially taking phone calls directly through Blue Tooth to them. I used to miss so much, now the clarity has returned and I can hear everything! Good job, thanks.”

“My elderly father had been unable to have the wax removed from his ears on a visit elsewhere as he found the procedure too painful. His hearing became so bad that I needed to find an alternative. I called at the Horsham branch to see whether they might be able to help and they were able to see him within 48 hours. Rob removed the wax within half an hour and this seemed a simple and painless procedure with my father remaining calm throughout. An excellent service.”

“Having never had this kind of procedure done before, and having got to the end of my tether with the blocked ear situation, I can simply say that this was probably the best money i've ever spent! From the point of calling for the appointment, to the email and to the actual appointment itself, i found it extremely professional and the gentleman who treated me was absolutely brilliant at answering my endless questions and was very happy to explain everything that was happening step by step. The results are nothing short of a miracle and I will admit that having my livelihood in his hands (im a singer) I couldn't have hoped for better. Thank you SO much for helping me hear again!”

“The staff were courteous and efficient. I had an appointment for dewaxing my ears. Both ears were examined by camera prior to and after the treatment so that I could see the initial extent of the wax in my ears and how clean it all was afterwards. The practitioner explained in detail the makeup of the ear and how and why the wax formed which made the appointment not only physically beneficial but also an interesting educational experience. It was recommended that I have my ears examined again in a year's time which, if no treatment is required, is a free service they provide. This was my third visit to the practice.”
