“I was thrilled to be offered an appointment for only three days' time, having been waiting weeks for an NHS appointment. But I was disappointed to be left waiting for half an hour, with no apology from the receptionist until we asked her what was going on - we should have been told something like "sorry there is a delay, the previous patient has taken up more time than expected". When I eventually had the consultation, the procedure was fully explained and then carried out, and my hearing is vastly improved. Aftercare advice was given.”

“An extremely professional environment and so much more personal than high street conveyer belt services. Patrica was my audiologist and she treated me with kindness and understanding. The tests were so much more in-depth than others and I actually had tears in my eyes when I realised how much sound I had missed when the hearing aid was first turned on. Well worth getting your hearing sorted out here and high recommend it.”

“I recently attended the South East Hearing Centre at Seaford for the first time, for microsection. The procedure was explained to me by Liam via ear models and photographs of my ear canal. The whole procedure was painless, and took a very short time, The staff were friendly and highly professional, and I will not hesitate to return when the need arises, or to recommend this centre.”
