“I attended the Hearing Care Centre on Monday 25th July in order to have wax removed from both ears. I saw Patricia Asante who was very professional and explained the procedure to me in detail. I am delighted with the result and will certainly use this Centre at Horsham again.”

“Rob the audiologist took great care to explain in some detail and jargon-free language the science of hearing. He explained how the test would work and the results with great clarity. And he didn't try to sell me anything! I would recommend him to anyone who is concerned about their hearing.”

“I received excellent service from the moment I got in touch with the centre. Karen was extremely helpful when organising my appointment, which was arranged quickly. She is very understanding, helpful and unerringly cheerful which is so lovely. Rob completed my treatment very efficiently. He explained what he was doing and the reasoning too, which I found very reassuring. I have every confidence in his professionalism and will not hesitate to return for further advice and treatment as may prove necessary. Lastly, both Rob and Karen understand the problems of communication for those of us who experience hearing difficulties and were more than willing to do whatever they felt necessary to aid communication. For me this meant email rather than telephone, removing/changing face masks in order to facilitate lip reading. I cannot thank them enough for their help and would certainly recommend this is Centre.”

“Very professional service. Explained clearly the process and results of my hearing test having first checked the inside of my ears using a video camera . I was also able to see the camera view on a video screen. Thankyou.”

“Always friendly, efficient service with a professional team. I have had micro suction a couple of times and it’s quick and painless. You even get to see inside your own ear and have a look at your ear drum. I’d highly recommend this service if your ears are full of wax.”

“I was recommended to attend this centre by a neighbour. I arrived with blocked ears and left not only being able to hear but also with a greater understanding of how the ear functions. There is no need to use oil at all, let nature do its own job. If you are nervous about micro-suction, please don't be, it is pain-free and you are in the hands of a professional. Everything is explained clearly, there is no rushing in and out of the door, whatever time is needed, it is given and no high-pressure sales either. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning to purchase my next hearing aids. The lady on reception is also very helpful and knowledgeable too. Thank you.”
