Thank you for your review, we are sorry about the issues with your order. Unfortunately, the suppliers was not able to fulfil the original order on time due to material shortages and manufacturing shortfalls. We offered several ways to mitigate this global problem, such as waiting longer for the equipment or supplying alternative equipment, which we eventually came to an agreement on. We always pass on all of the information given to us from the supply chain as soon as we receive it, unfortunately in this case we had no tangible updates from the supply chain until the bad news that the order would not be fulfilled on time. We did all that we could to resolve the situation, however we are at the mercy of the global material shortages and the manufacturer's own production issues - it wouldn't have mattered from where you bought this equipment, the end result would have been the same. Although this was not a satisfactory order, we do hope to make it up to you in the near future. Thank you.
