“Their customer service is great. They are quick in responding to quotation requests and queries. I was dealing with Jack who was responded quickly and followed up with emails and calls to find out if i had received his emails and if there were any queries. I would recommend Sourcing IT for their great customer service.”

“The service was great. Our account manager is spot on in responding to our follow up emails and feedback regarding delivery timelines. I believe that the inspection process should have taken a shorter time, but again, this was not entirely in Sourcing-IT's control. Great service with very good pricing!”

With services we do have to rely on third parties and sometimes they can take longer than anticipated and we do try to be as accurate as possible with our delivery times in quotes. Thank you for sending your comments, we obviously strive to make sure we correct any mishaps as quickly as possible. In this case, we are sorry for the delay caused after the shipment method needed to be changed from the method on the original quotation after we had dispatched the consignment. We are doing what we can to accelerate the return of the goods from the courier to us for re-shipment on to you. Thank you for your patience and custom and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

“My items were not delivered as agreed due to circumstances that I understand were beyund control (the flight expected to deliver the cargo was filled). However, I believe this should have been communicated early enough to help me manage my client better. Asides that, every other thing was perfect. Regards,”

Thanks for leaving your review. We apologise that your consigment was subject to a transit delay. As you mentioned, sometimes the flights become over-booked and cargo is offloaded in favour of passengers which is what had happened this time. We will be sure to improve on the communications between our clients and shipping partners to make sure any information that should be shared is passed on as quickly as possible.

“Sourcing-IT is timely and friendly in their dealings. They deliver on time and when you have any issue with any supply, they take care of it without any hassles. We also enjoy credit facility for a month, that is such a gracious act on their part. The staff go all the way to make sure we are satisfied.”
