“Always prompt efficient service and delivery. Lovely range of colours in trousers but maybe shape and cut could be updated. Used to be advised to size down as they were a generous cut but not now. Size is your normal size. I am still a happy customer.”

“I am usually pleased with how fast your orders arrive. I recently had my first distressing delivery experience due to my email address not being precisely typed in by a Robell employee. The weekend came and the money had gone from my bank, yet I’d had no notification, that the order had been received. Luckily, a member of staff read my panicky email and put my mind at rest. The trousers arrived on the Monday and are great, even though the ones I really wanted had been out of stock. Thank you.”

“Somehow I bought the wrong kind of pants and did not realize I had Marie’s instead of Bella’s. The Marie’s are also slim fit which I never order unfortunately, I had taken the tags off soI knew I could not return them.”

“This was the second time I had used the website. The product was as good as my first purchase but I had issues with payment. I paid for my item and had a call a few days later to say it wasn't in stock and did I want to order it to be delivered in 10 to 14 days which was fine by me. It arrived in 14 days but then I was charged for it again. I rang up and they put in a request for a refund which I got a week later. I would have appreciated an apology by email or a discount code for the inconvenience but have received neither.”
