“Unfortunately i sent the Bella trousers back. They were a replacement for a pair of jeans I have had for a few years which still fit like a glove but are beginning to fade. The new ones of exactly the same size, 10, bagged a little under my bum and did not look good. I spoke to a helpful person in the company who recommended an alternative. She didn’t tell me they had an unattractive wide black elastic waistband. I’m afraid I am returning those for a refund. A pity. I loved the Robells i bought in the past.”

“The quality of the garment was good although the sizing was on the small side. Consequently I had to return it and was disappointed to findthat I had to pay for this. My fault for not checking before ourchasing but this is disappointing as so many other online retailers offer free returns.”

“When I first started buying Robell Marie the fit was great but in the last year the fit hasn't been good for me. Much wider leg and that's no good for me. This has turned out to be the same in the Lexi golf capri I am giving Jacklyn a try - fingers crossed. Maxine”

“Sorry but disappointed with this order. The cut on both pairs of trousers are so different to those I have purchased in the past.I have even sized up but very tight in the leg.Additionally on one pair the trouser had not been stitched to the waistband & left a hole 2 inches long.For me I am disappointed with the style & that faulty good have been sent out.Not the usual standard that I had become used to from Robell.”

“I was disappointed in the last pair I bought as the came up very big and it wasn’t highlighted I won’t be returning them as I has to pay €25 customs duty and it works out very expensive for these type of trousers, used to buy slot from Robell and its first time I’ve had to pay customs so will not be purchasing again as I’ve lost out on both counts, trousers not a good fit and disappointed shape .”

“Unfortunately the sizing is very variable. Have been buying jeans and trousers for a number of years from you but have recently found the Bella jeans in particular can be either too big or too small in the same size. Recent purchase of two pairs of jeans in size 12 - one pair is very big and the other pair is much smaller the equivalent of size 10 Bella jeans I already have. Sent back to you last year two pairs of size 10 jeans as much smaller than previous purchases. Great shame. I'm in a quandary over sizing so will probably in future have to find another brand.”

“I love Robell trousers - the ones that fit that is. Great shame that the sizing is so hit and miss. Thankfully, the Bella petite jeans fit me perfectly but I have other Robell trousers in the same size that are either too loose or too tight.”
