“I purchesed 2 pairs Bella jeans last week, 1 pair size 16 and the other size 18, as my current Robell jeans size 14 are feeling tight! However the size 16 jeans (size 16s?) were extremely small, and although I tried to put them on was unsuccessful!, compared to my current size 14 the waist appeared to be much smaller as was the rest of the jean, I felt perhaps they had been incorrectly sized? The size 18, although I’ve kept them appear to be a very generous size”

“I returned these trousers to Robell ( I am awaiting a refund), They were described as velvet whereas the fabric was velour. Very disappointing”

“Unfortunately the sizing is not accurate. I have a few pairs of size 12 trousers. Recently I purchased a size 12 that were very tight. I returned them for a larger size (14). They arrived and I foolishly did not wear them within the 14 day return. When I did wear them they were very tight and uncomfortable. I have now measure them against my other size 12 trousers and they, despite being a 14, are smaller than my other size 12 trousers. As we are out of the 2 week return window I cannot now return the trousers. So advice is to always check sizing carefully.”

“I have bought Robell for years and they have been excellent. But the latest ones came labeled slim fit and they are slim fit. Customer Services told me they are not slim fit but the same as always which is patently not true. I will go else where in future.”

“To whom it concerns, I am a little disappointed that my clear instructions were not carried out for my recent purchases. I think it was because I dealt with 2 employees and the message did not get to the second employee that my order was to be sent to an address in London , the same as the first order. Subsequently it is on it's way to my address in Vancouver, Canada and may miss being picked up by my friend who was going to England and would pick both gilets from her son in London. I do hope the blue one has arrived”

“I found the 14 day return period too short. Most companies only do this for sale goods. I also thought that the statement that "the goods will be returned back at the customer's expense or disposed of" very offputting.”

“My existing Robell trousers Rosa 09 7/8 are a size 8. However when I ordered size 8 this year they are too big & Robell doesn’t seem to make a size 6. What has happened to the sizing?”

“I ordered the size 12 which was to replace a pair identical that I had worn out. When they arrived they were so tight they could not have been a 12. As postage had to be paid for returns I was not going to order another pair. Very disappointed as I had liked them. Postage makes ordering items that are not free returns now unacceptable.”

“I'm usually very pleased with my purchases from you but this time the trousers were too small although I usually always order size 14. I understand that some styles vary so I returned them last week with the intention of ordering the next size up. Most companies offer free returns but I had to pay £7.50 to return them. Rather reluctant now to purchase any more Robell as it could turn out to be a rather expensive commitment.”

“Size 8 pair fit perfectly for a few hours and then soon became baggy didn’t keep its shape. Can therefore conclude not great quality. Took them off as they started to look very frumpy! These are for older ladies, not 30-year olds Next day delivery was great.”
