I liked the range of items available on the online shop so I decided to give the company a try. I paid extra for next day delivery and ordered with plenty of time for the items to arrive (ordered Wednesday 2pm for Friday delivery). This was well within the website cut-off, which claims you can order all the way up to Thursday 1pm. The items did not arrive on time and nobody from the company responded to my emails asking for information until several days later (the following Tuesday). When they did, they blamed the depot and just refunded the £3.50 extra I'd paid for the delivery. I am a parent of young children, including a baby and it caused a lot of inconvenience to find an alternative gift for the event I was attending. Overall, I was disappointed in the company's approach to customers and I am unlikely to order from them if I need any items quickly.

I ordered on 03/01 and unfortunately still haven't received my order. I’ve had some communication from the brand eg awaiting stock and they did give a £20 refund. But it wasn’t clear on the site when I put the order through that there would be this big a delay and most of the communication hasn’t been proactive, which is disappointing.

I purchased a product in the wrong colour by mistake. I have been trying to get in contact with someone to exchange the product but can’t get through via phone, email or DM. I am now left with an unsuitable product.

Product and packaging all fine but was a Christmas gift ordered in good time to arrive for Christmas according to website (10 December) but did not arrive until 28th leaving niece present- less at Christmas. I realise that this is partly due to Royal Mail strikes, but all other items from different retailers ordered on or even after this date arrived in good time. Disappointing!

We paid about $30 for a U.S. delivery, the items as stated in shipping were NOT sent with DHL and did not get to us within 3-5 days, instead UK Royal Mail was used and took quite a while to arrive during which time we wrote to customer services twice and never got a reply- when the order finally got here, the anti slip Liewood bath mat we got had been so tightly folded and in the post for so long that it’s left permanent folding lines that won’t flatten & now won’t stick to the bath floor despite the suckers… we are not happy.

Your order was placed with us on the 12th of December and was delivered in the US on the 21st December, 7 working days later! As stated on our website, we use the quickest couriers to get these parcels to you. You paid $29 (£24) for delivery and the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed cost was over £25. Thank you for the photograph, if you place the bathmat in warm water these fold lines will disappear - they are not a consequence of being in the post for too long. Best wishes, Claire
I made a purchase for my grandsons first birthday of a baby walker. Sadly it arrived in early January without a base so my son couldn’t put it together. I was promised a refund, but nearly a month on I am still awaiting a resolution. Appalling customer care and I will not be using this company again. What a shame as the website presented lovely products

The picture I received was beautiful and I love the look of the products but a week on I have still only received half of my order (despite the delivery paperwork saying both parts were included). I wrote immediately to your support address and nearly a week later have still not received a reply or the second half of my order, despite emailing again. As there is no telephone number there is no other way to contact you and it has been very frustrating.

Delivered my items really quickly with eco packaging, which was great. Ordered two Konjes Slojd teethers are both fantastic quality. Changing my review a little to say that communication from this company is very poor. Contracted them twice now and heard nothing both times

Wasn’t notified that one of my items from my order was out of stock until my delivery arrived and I enquired with customer service. Five days have passed after my email enquiry and I haven’t received a refund unfortunately 🥲

Ordered two items, one was lovely clothing, really nice quality denim trousers. The other was child’s toy, it was not the one I had ordered and didn’t seem quite the same quality as the one pictured. Emailed and requested a refund. Prompt response initially that I could return and also be refunded both for the item and postage, unfortunately no refund received or response to follow up email sent to check if item had been received. Understandably a busy time and a funny climate however an acknowledgment via email would be appreciated.

This item is not too bad. The reasons for the low score are: it’s quite small; doesn’t look as good as on the website; but primarily due to the ridiculous amount of single use plastic in the packaging. Each of the 5 rods came pointlessly in its own plastic sheath and this does not seem to fit with the perception of this company, so I was very disappointed and will not buy again - I was planning to buy the owl one for bedtime stories, but will not now.

Delivery was quick but we needed to return the product because it wasn't required and have contacted three times as the website tells you to do and we have yet to hear anything back after a month of trying.

Unfortunatly I have still not recieved my order. I purchesad an item on 1st June and it is now the 22nd June and it still has not arrived. I have notified Soren's House that my order was yet to be recieved 2 weeks after the order date, they replied to me straight away; Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to the coronavirus and the huge upsurge in online orders, and are not always updating the tracking on their website, which is extremely frustrating. Please be assured that your order will be with you very soon! It is now aother 8 days later from then and still no delivery :(

I recently order 2 sets of liewood bath toys, but the black lines on the animals started dissapearing after just a few days. It's a shame as I feel I have wasted my money. Liewood is quite an expensive and good brand, so I did not expect this.

I have to be honest the items that came were not of high quality especially the changing basket and mat for the price. It didn't meet my expectations. The baby gym has four dinky charms hanging from it. Poor value for the money.
