“Had an issue with an item being faulty. Contacted the shop and they initially replied with an offer of a replacement, but as the item was for my sons birthday (which had already passed) I requested a refund. Numerous emails later and absolutely no reply whatsoever. Pretty shocking, really.”

“My order arrived in a paper bag and the box inside was completely smashed. I’ve been contacting the customer service both via email and on the website but they never get back to me. I also returned the item but no news and haven’t received my refund yet. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please avoid this shop at any cost.”

“Order no 28780: I am responding to your Comment on my recent review as you are not replying to my emails nor have you taken the opportunity to resolve my calling me And you do not provide any contact no-this appears to be the your only route of communication which is far from ideal I have never received my order, I do not live at or anywhere near a No 45 nor do I know anyone called Emma.
