“Great brands and website for kids, bought two items separately, the first item was a pre order item I placed in early November which took a few weeks to arrive but second item came really quickly with 2-3 days. Really pleased with the items, Christmas gifts for my niece, which I’m sure she’ll love.”

“Ordered two items, one was lovely clothing, really nice quality denim trousers. The other was child’s toy, it was not the one I had ordered and didn’t seem quite the same quality as the one pictured. Emailed and requested a refund. Prompt response initially that I could return and also be refunded both for the item and postage, unfortunately no refund received or response to follow up email sent to check if item had been received. Understandably a busy time and a funny climate however an acknowledgment via email would be appreciated.”
