“The product I ordered arrived damaged and communication with them was really slow had chase after a resolution which was bit annoying (but my order was during covid-19 lockdown so this may have been because of that!) I was happy with the end resolution and I have ordered previously with them and had a great experience!”

“I love the product - only issue was that I asked for there to be a note in the box as it was a gift and I emailed to confirm and the note wasn’t added in sadly. Hopefully just an oversight and unusual but a bit disappointing as my friend had no idea it was from me!”
