Very nice baby items. However I received an item with pen stain on it and they haven't replied to my enquiry about it, I've waited several days.

I purchased a mattress for my baby, after I completed the order I changed my mind. I emailed to see if it was possible to change to another mattress and this was done with such ease and great communication. Very impressed with the customer service. I also bought a gorgeous duvet set for my baby.

My (20 year-old) daughter was upset she couldn’t find a white Miffy toy. I had one delivered in 2 days, just in time for Christmas & she was delighted. Perfect service & great quality toy.

I placed an order on the 12th December. The item has not yet been dispatched. I have since emailed twice and left a message. No one has returned my emails or call. Where is my order?! If it hasn’t yet been dispatched, where is my refund? What a terrible service. Please answer me!! Order number #34073

Hi Rosie, As clearly stated on the product page the canopies are handmade to order and take 3 weeks to be delivered. I'm sorry customer services haven't been in touch yet, but we are a small family business and are do not work over the bank holidays, as our team are taking some much needed family time. We reopen tomorrow so someone will be in touch to help you with this, although this order is not delayed, it isn't due to be delivered yet. Best, Claire
Product and packaging all fine but was a Christmas gift ordered in good time to arrive for Christmas according to website (10 December) but did not arrive until 28th leaving niece present- less at Christmas. I realise that this is partly due to Royal Mail strikes, but all other items from different retailers ordered on or even after this date arrived in good time. Disappointing!

Hi Jill, Thank you for leaving us a review. You placed your order at 3pm on the 12th December with standard delivery. Given the Royal Mail strikes, we did offer next day and DPD options. We despatched this order on the 13th December, so we did everything we could. We're sorry Royal Mail didn't get this to you in time. Best wishes, Claire

We paid about $30 for a U.S. delivery, the items as stated in shipping were NOT sent with DHL and did not get to us within 3-5 days, instead UK Royal Mail was used and took quite a while to arrive during which time we wrote to customer services twice and never got a reply- when the order finally got here, the anti slip Liewood bath mat we got had been so tightly folded and in the post for so long that it’s left permanent folding lines that won’t flatten & now won’t stick to the bath floor despite the suckers… we are not happy.

Your order was placed with us on the 12th of December and was delivered in the US on the 21st December, 7 working days later! As stated on our website, we use the quickest couriers to get these parcels to you. You paid $29 (ÂŁ24) for delivery and the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed cost was over ÂŁ25. Thank you for the photograph, if you place the bathmat in warm water these fold lines will disappear - they are not a consequence of being in the post for too long. Best wishes, Claire
