“I returned items a few weeks ago and haven’t yet received a refund. I’ve contacted them twice and haven’t heard back. Can’t seem to find a telephone number to call them on. Very disappointing for somewhere that sells items at this price point.”

“I ordered an items many days ago and still have not received my order, nor got confirmation it was shipped. Their website states they ship in 1-3 days but that is not the case. I also emailed their customer service but no response. Is this a scam website? Did I just lose $80? I ordered from their USA website instead of UK so I am not sure if there is an issue with the U.S store but I'd like a refund at this point.”

“The picture I received was beautiful and I love the look of the products but a week on I have still only received half of my order (despite the delivery paperwork saying both parts were included). I wrote immediately to your support address and nearly a week later have still not received a reply or the second half of my order, despite emailing again. As there is no telephone number there is no other way to contact you and it has been very frustrating.”
