“I made a purchase for my grandsons first birthday of a baby walker. Sadly it arrived in early January without a base so my son couldn’t put it together. I was promised a refund, but nearly a month on I am still awaiting a resolution. Appalling customer care and I will not be using this company again. What a shame as the website presented lovely products”

“I usually buy Liewood stainless steel bottles for my twins for £25. Soren's house sells them £17 (exact same product). Their customer service is very quick to respond and delivery was fast and free. so whats not to like? will definitely order more soon!”
