“Order no 28780: I am responding to your Comment on my recent review as you are not replying to my emails nor have you taken the opportunity to resolve my calling me And you do not provide any contact no-this appears to be the your only route of communication which is far from ideal I have never received my order, I do not live at or anywhere near a No 45 nor do I know anyone called Emma. Please could you contact directly to resolve this -if I was a potential Customer reading this scenario on your reviews I would be put off buying from you.”

Hi Karina, The delivery charge from the UK to Japan is quite expensive, I'm afraid. We use DHL Express and their rates are automatically calculated at checkout, so this is something that we cannot affect. Best wishes, Sally

“I made a purchase for my grandsons first birthday of a baby walker. Sadly it arrived in early January without a base so my son couldn’t put it together. I was promised a refund, but nearly a month on I am still awaiting a resolution. Appalling customer care and I will not be using this company again.
