Great experience all around from the brands they stock to the user experience on their website. Delivery was fast enough and everything was great. I love that they stock most of our favorite brands!

I love this company, so many of my favourite brands and great for discovering new brands. Delivery took a bit longer for my latest order but this was made clear on the website so I was happy to wait. Excellent communication when I messaged to ask if there was an update.

I liked the range of items available on the online shop so I decided to give the company a try. I paid extra for next day delivery and ordered with plenty of time for the items to arrive (ordered Wednesday 2pm for Friday delivery). This was well within the website cut-off, which claims you can order all the way up to Thursday 1pm. The items did not arrive on time and nobody from the company responded to my emails asking for information until several days later (the following Tuesday). When they did, they blamed the depot and just refunded the £3.50 extra I'd paid for the delivery. I am a parent of young children, including a baby and it caused a lot of inconvenience to find an alternative gift for the event I was attending. Overall, I was disappointed in the company's approach to customers and I am unlikely to order from them if I need any items quickly.

I placed on order on 28 April 2024 and it is yet to be delivered. I have followed up on over 20 occasions and my table is yet to be delivered. I cannot believe I am still waiting for delivery and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Hi Muhammad, as previously explained the courier was requested to deliver this item to you on the 25th of June as you were in between trips. Unfortunately, they couldn't deliver on that day and the item was returned to us as you stated that you would be out of the country for several weeks, and wouldn't be able to accept the delivery. We now know that you are available to take delivery, so this has been collected by the courier who will be in contact to give you your delivery time today or tomorrow. Apologies again for the delay.

I would like to take down my previous review, about my order wasn't delivered on time. As my order was delivered, it wasn't just updated by Royal Mail otherwise I was happy with the item and service. I selected next day delivery, product was delivered on time and I also get respond for my email. So I just wanted to clear my previous review..

I had the most dreadful experience. My rug was not delivered for months and I had to chase continuously for information. Once it became apparent that it was not going to be delivered, I requested a refund, which I was promised but never issued. It is absolutely appalling. I want my money back.

Placed an order for a roll of wallpaper on the 24th March, wasn’t contacted until the 3rd of April to say the paper now wouldn’t be printed until the 26th April but would be delivered at the very latest on the 29th. This wallpaper is for my baby’s room, who is due this week & still yet to arrive, no further communication or dispatch email. Have tried contacting via email & Instagram with no reply so no idea if it’s going to actually arrive at all never mind before the baby arrives. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all, customer service is none existent after they have your money.

I’ve placed an order on the 14th of April and the items on the product page were expected to arrive within 3-4 working days. I’m yet to receive my order and tried to reach out three times without response. On the 18th I received tracking information, but it seems the items are still yet to be sent out. I’ve tried to e-mail on the 23rd and 24th, and left a voicemail today. Could you please reach out to me as soon as possible? The order number is #40709. Thanks.

Customer Service was terrible, my delivery was late and still awaiting a response from my last email. In the end I went to a different company to help with my urgent request, who were fantastic and got my order out in 24hrs. I would not recommend using Sorens House and would advise sourcing products else where if you can.

Hi Melissa, The wallpaper is quoted clearly as 5-7 working days delivery on both the product page and at checkout, I can see this was delivered on the 7th working day. I can see that customer services responded to both of your emails within 24 hours and the wallpaper was delivered on the Wednesday before your decorators were booked for the following weekend? Very disappointed with this company and I will avoid ordering from them again! Not long after ordering I received an email to say the product I ordered was damaged and unfortunately the last one in stock. I was given the option of an alternative colour or full refund. I replied back via email and opted for the full refund. I have had no communication back and I am yet to receive the product or refund of £50. I have sent numerous emails and have left my details for a call back and still nothing! I hate leaving a bad review but unfortunately this was the last resort.
