“Locating and purchasing the version for me was a very streamlined and easy to understand process and I got it working in no time. “Easy download process the vocal ai works excellent catches all the vocal expressions you get out what you put in and the better vocal part you lay down the better the results I can now put a good sounding vocal to my tracks as my voice timbre is not that pleasant 😬and I also have the speaker and headphone correction plugins which again do a great job thank you Sonarworks keep up the good work”

Ease of Finding Information: Before purchasing, I found the website very informative, with clear product descriptions and a detailed FAQ section that helped answer most of my questions about how SoundID Reference works. The inclusion of the Measurement Microphone was particularly appealing, as it gave me confidence that I could achieve accurate calibration for both my speakers and headphones. After the purchase, the installation guides and calibration instructions were easy to follow, and the setup process went smoothly. Support Centre Experience: I reached out to the Support Centre with a question regarding the best way to calibrate my room using the Measurement Microphone, and the response was both quick and thorough. “The shopping and purchase process from Sonarworks was straightforward and fast ! Full points there. The installation process for SoundID which I purchased some time ago was also very good. However, the installation process for Voice AI was rather confusing with the whole trial vs perpetual thing... although I did get some good help to sort things out.”

“My purchase was easy and install had no issues. After a few weeks of successful use, I sent them an enhancement request and their support team got back quickly, collecting more detail and samples from me for their development team. They follow up till an issue is closed. Recommend Sonarworks.”

“Great app!! I heard mixers on youtube talking about using sound id with headphones in small untreated rooms, which is my current room & decieded to purchase. After listening to some mixes after first using sound id I found the mixes were much more balanced & the low end sounded great. Still getting used to the headphones but really impressed with sound id.”

“Sonarworks is absolutely recommend and I find them to really care about their customers. Support is always doing their best to help in a timely manner, quite contrary to some other audio companies. Especially the fact that Sonarworks made the transition from credit-based processing to a perpetual license of VoiceAI a breeze, is something special. Others would have charged for this, Sonarworks did allow to switch for free. Great job!”

“I have been using Reference 4 Systemwide since its inception. My studio, 21st CENTURY STUDIO, has a very good natural sound, but Sonarworks Reference 4 Systemwide smoothed out the small variations in my room EQ and now the sound is professionally FLAT in the listening position. “I had a lot of trouble trying to make it a lifetime version. I had a hard time understanding why I had to press the trial button. Thankfully, your staff helped me out, but I wish they had thought about how to do it and chosen the words more from the user's perspective. “Sound ID Reference ist unverzichtbar in meinem Studio (Headphones & Studio Edition). Sound ID VoiceAI ist noch ausbaufähig. Es ist zu hören, dass es sich nicht um einen Originalgesang handelt. Für manche tracks aber auch gerade aus diesem Grund, ein gutes Plugin...z.B. für Elektro tracks”
