“Used my education discount to upgrade to Reference. Process of being certified was smooth and quick. Upon buying the upgrade finding the files was easy and the videos helped with the authorisation stage. Once all set up loading my headphone profiles was easy and now my version of Sonarworks is future proof.”

“The information provided at Sonarworks unfortunately only insufficiently allows to make an objective assessment of the extent to which the Sonarworks calibration target can serve as a reference. Objective boundary conditions to the statistical surveys are very vague or are not disclosed. So the only option left is to form your own subjective judgment, which in my case turned out convincingly as a subjective improvement. However, this is still not sufficient to recognize it as a reference. I am of course aware of the difficulties to objectify psychoacoustic correlations, since they are always subjective, but had hoped for more in methodological terms. Thus, it remains only a longer practical trial with the critical user. The handling of the individual headphone calibration is uncomplicated. However, there was an information leak during delivery in Riga, so Sonarworks first had to be informed by me that my shipment was ready for pickup.”

“I sent my Audeze LCD XC 2021 to Sonarworks for individual calibration and I am very happy with the result. Now my headphone mixes translates very well to different soundsystems. Excellent customerservice and fast handling. I highly recommend the Individual calibration service by Sonarworks!”

“The software is great. I did have a great deal of trouble purchasing the upgrade: Every time I would go to the US shop, sign in, and then click the upgrade option, when it would take me to fill out the purchase information, US would not come up as an option for the country. Finally, I just purchased it outside of my account and then added the license to my account.”

“I love Sonarworks! The website is well laid out, which made searching for what I needed so easy. I was a bit worried because I placed my order right before 4th of July and thought that it would take the shipment a while, but instead the microphone made it to my house before 5 days! Although pricey, once I started my first room measurement, I saw the value in how comprehensive the software is. The steps are self explanatory and very easy. I love how the measurement section really walks you through how to go about getting an accurate room reading. With that being said, I did experience some issues with my computer opening the app upon restart, but sonarworks provides so many options on how to fix it, and they all worked. Also, when I contacted customer service I received an answer the next day. Great company, great software, just great overall!”
