“Great product, but the sonarworks team was apparently unable to discern: 1) I purchased the product before the demo time ran out and 2) I responded to their survey already. I got a bunch of emails encouraging me to purchase after I HAD purchased. Then, having completed a survey and believing I'd get a break, I got today's email inviting me to take the survey. Ouch! In short: too much email spam. Again, great product, I love it, but please get your people (and your computers) communicating with one another.”

“I heard of Sonaworks products for headphone correction years ago, and I tried some earlier version back then (it was recommended as the best EQ correction software). I really didn't have a use for it until recently when I started producing music again and mixing on headphones was my only option. After doing more research to see if Reference was still the best product (needless to say: it was at least for my headphones: AKG K702 and Sennheiser HD380). Luckily SoundID Reference was on sale on Black Friday, and I jumped in and bought it. Very easy to use! Great selection of headphones. I love that I can use it both system-wide and as a plugin.... I also got the Virtual Monitoring plugin, but quickly realized that it didn't suit my needs. I emailed support and was refunded without any problems.”

“Haven't used the plug yet for mixing, but I notice that it has adjusted the problem frequencies in my headphones. Feels like a good product. "Something completely different" In the system there should be a hearing test so that a person with slight hearing defects can adjust the plug's volume on frequencies that are problematic for the person. Now it is perfectly adjusted for perfect hearing.”

“Sonarworks made it pretty easy to download and start a trial of SoundID. At the end of the trial, it was easy to convert to a purchase after contacting support to make sure the calibration from the trial would not be lost. It wasn't !”

“Dear Sonarworks-Team, in my opinion your customer service is quiet good. All questions I have are always answered very fast and very precise. For me the Product (I‘m using only the headphones) was like a game changer in my work as a small hobby musician and producer. Only thing I would recommend is the structure of your online shop. I found it pretty hard to find the (virtual monitor add on only). I would suggest (if I‘m allowed to) rearranging the shop menu on your webpage. Maybe like: -Hardware -Calibrated Headphones -Calibration Microphones -Calibrated Speakers -Software -Calibration for Speakers -Stereo -Multichannel -Calibration for Headphones -Addons -Virtual Monitoring (Headphones only) That would have made my shopping way easier. But all in all solid 4/5 ;)”

“Everything is great! The products are presented in an easy-to-understand and intuitive way and the site does a good job showcasing the quality of the products. “Sonarworks are easy to deal with, modern and professional. I've been a customer for about 5 years now. Sonarworks Reference ID is an excellent tool for mixing and referencing audio. I've used it since version 3 and thoroughly enjoy some of the new adjustments possible in the latest version.”

“I rely on this product to give an accurate translation of my home mix studio into the larger post facilities where I review with clients., A recent upgrade to multichannel was super easy and quite idiot proof to set up, using the suppliued calibrated mic. Thanks Sonarworks!”
