“Love the bench, but the site said 2 - 3 weeks for delivery and it took 5. I had to do all the follow up - there wasn't a proactive note. No action to make things right.”

“Nice product but the business isn’t managed or established enough to provide adequate service levels. Items should not take 6 weeks to be delivered and I shouldn’t need to assemble them myself. Very disappointed.”
