“Service contact, Suzanne Simmins, very help ful. Had engineer to site so issue could be resolved same day, and able to secure building over night. (system had shown as in tamper. so no reset from our access. )”

“Engineers arrived promptly after the initial fault call. They werevery professional on site and found the fault and rectified it quickly. However, I have some concerns as the fault was found that a smoke detector was wired incorrctly and only Solid state have worked on the system.”

“Service was ok but for the cost and the amount of time it took as engineers were spending a lot of time in the canteen. After I came in on the Tuesday we still had the issue with the beams and had to call them out again. We may need to look at getting engineers on site at the beginning of the week in case any problems.”

“Morning solid state. i wish someone from the company would ring site to say when they are attending site as rocl=king up at 4.30 pm is not good when most site maintenance have finished for the day .”
