“The engineer was very informative with what he was doing and how the new fire alarm panel works, only issue was it was incomplete as certain sections where out of his remit, and he did not clean up his work area after finishing the job”

“Efficient appointment made. Request for telephone call before visit did not materialise. Engineer made a verbal recommendation for additional work but it is not contained in feedback report.”

“Unfortunately following the Fire Alarm service, we were left in an unsafe state for a few days.... i.e. if the fire alarm had activated, we would not have been able to tell the location of the fire. A very helpful engineer from Solid State did attend the following working day to sort for which we were very grateful. We're just awaiting the final Certification to show our H & S Inspectors.”

“I didn't have issues with the engineer, but it did not take 2 hours, and the problem was a tripped switch in the fuse box which could have been sorted very quickly”
