“Attended site asking to do PPM early - didn’t have job details, didn’t reinstate all lights at end of works. Recently asked for a quote to clean cctv system - quoted for use of MEWP - no available access for MEWP - mental - feel very much like I’m pushing water up hill when dealing with them”

“We’ve used Solid State for 6 years now, can’t fault the service. The Technicians who do the servicing are punctual and friendly, the reports produced are thorough and delivered fast. The support staff are great too. Be seeing them again for next service for sure.”

“Unfortunately following the Fire Alarm service, we were left in an unsafe state for a few days.... i.e. if the fire alarm had activated, we would not have been able to tell the location of the fire. A very helpful engineer from Solid State did attend the following working day to sort for which we were very grateful. We're just awaiting the final Certification to show our H & S Inspectors.”

“Received a call on Monday and was informed our security system was due a service. The lady on the phone said she could send the engineer that afternoon. Chris that came to do the service was polite and friendly. Work was carried out with no issues. All in all a very good service.”
