“I ordered the Ingrid black leather pumps in my regular size, because the website says to. They were so big that I needed to exchange them. The second pair was so big that I also needed to exchange them. In both cases, the shoes would not even stay on my feet. The third pair seemed to fit perfectly, but after wearing them at work for a few hours, my feet were in agony, and the insides were already starting to wear away. I contacted customer service with a photo and they said they have never heard that before and it does not mean that the shoe is lower quality. They also told me that if I walked on a hard surface, I cannot return them. Instead I was supposed to only wear them on carpet for the first 40 days. They were so slippery when I first got a pair that they told me I needed to walk on a hard surface to make them less slippery. I didn’t know that would mean I could not return them. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve always worn a size 7 in every brand of shoes except this one. I’ve exchanged until I can’t anymore because they won’t take them back after one day of use.”

“I purchased one pair of loafers at first, unfortunately i had to send these back . They where too hard at the back of the heel. I then went on to purchase two more pairs of flats. Although i usually take a size 7 i had to order a size seven and a half. I would order these shoes again but i do find them a little overpriced. That is why i have only given them four star”

“These have to be the most sexy and comfortable shoes ever invented for women with Ugly feet ! That is mine ! I have worn size 5 all my adult life !!! Wrongly I am a 4.5 with a EE Fitting and I am in heaven and will be purchasing as many as my pension will allow. Thankyou Middleagedminx for introducing me to them !!! “I have recently bought two pairs of Tilly boots, both are tremendously comfortable yet good-looking, and frequently admired. They look good with jeans, trousers, skirts and dresses. “I love these shoes!! They are comfortable, stylish, and perfect for my wide toes. I was recently diagnosed with Mortons neuroma - my toe bones were squishing together and pinching the nerve between them causing pain daily. My doc said it was due to wearing shoes that were not wide enough for my feet. I wear a size 8-8.5 and have short stubby toes. The Sprint sneaker is a dream to wear and I am so happy! My toes have room to move and I do not have any pain when I wear these. Thank you thank you!!”

“This was my first time shop with Sole Bliss and I am beyond delighted with my purchase. The first pair of gold star trainers that arrived were a bit too big but the process of return and exchange was easy with great contact throughout. I absolutely love this shoes they are so comfortable and so on trend my grandchildren told me I was ‘cool’ !!!”

“Loved the shoes but the first pair did not fit so returned them. It was quick and easy to do this and the second pair arrived quickly. Shoes are absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly, service was excellent. Glad to have found Sole Bliss and looking forward to purchasing the next pair.”
