“Doesn't work. Not made clear that I needed a second windows machine to be able to install windows!! Couldn't make it work. Gave proof or error(with photo) but they have refused to give a refund. I am furious”

Dear Wil, We have tried to help you with countless emails. We've requested to know your OS that you're trying to install from etc, but nothing has been forthcoming, you just keep requesting a refund as the software does not work; but it does. It's direct from Microsoft. We've suggested that you burn the downloaded file from another Windows machine since you cannot burn it from your current OS. That is completely unrelated to the purchased product and is a local issue at your end. As explained numerous times, you have purchased a license key from us, not any software. We do not produce any software. If you would like us to continue to try to support you, please provide the information for us to help, rather than simply demanding refunds, as the latter isn't possible. “I recently purchased windows 7, unbeatable price no problems at all with installation. The Microsoft code was emailed as soon as product paid for then downloaded software from a link on their website, easy to follow installation instructions provided, up and running as soon as downloaded. Would have no hesitation in using them again.”

“I have made 2 purchases so far, that is 3 packages each of Windows 7 and MS Office Professional 2010. I have installed these so far on one old laptop to try them out and the install has been without difficulty and performance as expected. The web based purchasing system is easy to use and results in a very fast delivery of the products which are competitively priced. The only reason I have not awarded a five is that I am a little old fashioned and would like the option of having the software on a disk as I am then always certain of being able to reinstall if I encounter a problem in the future.”

“Initial link downloaded a file that wouldn't run in Win10 - on later inspection it appeared to be a .html not a batch file. Link to direct download was baffling using the Edge brower as there was no indication of a download happening. It worked correctly in Internet Explorer. Great price, prompt delivery but you might need a bit of techy knowledge.”

“I have recently purchased two copies of Microsoft Office 2013 using a discount. The order process was easy and when I spoke to a software geeks colleague on "chat" they were helpful. However, installation was not so straightforward. The download file includes an "office" folder, an run file and a setup file. What I didn't know until after I spoke with "chat" was you need to go into the "office" folder to select your version of office to install (either 32-bit or 64-bit). Don't use the other setup file. In addition, the software is downloaded to a "virtual" DVD drive, not your downloads folder. Software geeks just need to make this clear in the instructions and all would have been fine. Once I had sorted all of that out, installation went smoothly and all is now fine.”
