“A customer tried to fix their Win 8.1 machine using a Win 10 Pro DVD and inadvertently ran an upgrade. This left an unlicensed PC which they wanted me to sort out. I went on to Software Geeks, bought an appropriate license, and registered their Win 10 all within 2 minutes. Nice.”
