“Was initially concerned that this company wasn't legit as the software was so cheap, but everything seems to have worked very well in the end. The only reason why i never have 5-starts was that there were no adequate instructions sent that explained the upgrade process from Windows 10 Home to Pro.”

“I ordered windows 8.1 and to my surprise as soon as the payment had been made I received the download and key. I had a few problems understanding the instructions but a quick LIVE CHAT and I was away. I'm now running windows 8.1 at a fraction of the price I would have paid an high street store. Thanks for your help. I'm sure I'll be back once I've got my head around Windows 8.1. Regards Chris Reed”

“The instructions to upgrade from W10 home to Pro failed and I researched upgrading I found a way to use my Wing licence. I asked for a refund which was refused with the company quoting an out of date consumer rights policy. after challenging Software geeks they stopped replying. I would be reluctant to use them in the future.”

Hi John, You stated that you no longer required the license you purchased as you already had one. You never stated that it "didn't work". “I bought a package which a live chat person said would make it possible to upgrade from windows xp to windows 10, the download didn't work and then the live chat person was not very helpful and I still have windows xp, complete waste of money.”

Hi Gemma, It's not possible to perform a direct upgrade from XP to Windows 10. You must perform a fresh install. “Seriously good prices on Windows 10 Pro. I did have an issue where the code i was originally sent failed to activate. However, a few emails to support, new code and everything is now activated normally! It makes a change to have people who actually want to help :)”
