“I cannot boot up from the disc I have burned. and this is the response from Software Geeks ! HI, If you follow the instructions sent you should have no issues booting from disc/USB. You could have contacted us for help rather than leaving a negative review. Softwaregeeks”

“Once installed (as an upgrade to Vista) it is working well but the instructions could have been better. In particular there is no mention of the need to remove the DVD and reboot from the hard drive part way through the installation, though there is an on-screen prompt.”

“All though the web site was a bit slow the iso file downloaded ok, installation was straight forward with no problems. I did have to register by phone but again no problem, software verified as genuine MS. This was a good price for win 7 I would recommend this website.”

“I could not believe the price for Windows 10 Pro, and was concerned there'd be something in the small print that meant I'd have to pay out the full price at a later date, or when I installed it on my PC. To everyone / anyone reading this, there is NO catch !! I paid for the software, and within seconds I had an email from them with the product key and links to download the .iso file. A question I'd asked before purchase was also dealt with in a similar way, and I had a response from support within a few minutes. I can highly recommend the company / site and the service I received. Oh, and no, I'm not an employee or on a referral scheme !! Just a paying customer like anyone else reading this :)”

“Not good download Windows 7 and lost all my drivers had to pay 40 pounds to someone to fix it”

Hi Umar, Windows 7 does not contain drivers for every piece of hardware for every machine. Any missing drivers would simply be downloaded from the machine manufacturer's website and installed. We could have assisted with this if you reached out for help. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

“Very prompt delivery, I have no real complaints other than the fact there's little guidance once you have the license key. Downloading the ISO is fine but applying that to a USB drive is a nuisance using the application that's recommended, I'd advise to use Rufus instead (or just burn it to a disc and avoid BIOS issues entirely!).”

“i wanted to upgrade xp to windows 7 the program didn't work and after contact with support and other programs to help with installing the program i still haven't been able to install windows 7”
