“Lost password, easily reset via chat. Ordering was very easy, downloading was very easy and instructions on how to verify were very easy to understand. In this case, a call to Microsoft was was required, but it was indicated that this might be required and the phone number was with the instructions. All went well, very happy. Second time we've used the site and would highly recommend.”

“I was made up! After spending £13.99 I have now got a computer that isn't mithering about needing an activation key. This time I've printed it too so that I'm armed in case, in 2 months it tells me that I need to activate the windows 7. I had to type the key twice, but that might be me miss-typing. All in all, dead happy!”
