“Decided to finally upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Software Geeks was the best price I could find for some legal software. Order process was good, software download appeared to work ok and product key was supplied as soon as the order was confirmed. Had some issues with the installation failing and had to download the software a second time and burn another DVD. Installation worked ok at the second time but not quite as detailed on the instruction sheet. Had to do the basic installation and then download all the updates from Microsoft after. End result is all fine, just took a bit longer than expected, issues were more to do with Microsoft than Software Geeks.”

“Working in IT the discounted price for Win 10 Pro key was seemingly dubious, however I made the purchase and was greeted with the quickest turnaround ever experienced, the keys are genuine, the site is easy to use and I will definitely be using these guys again. I have subsequently ordered another 9 keys as they are so cheap! Well done guys, it just goes to prove that if it looks to good to be true it isn't necessarily a scam!”

“The product key was not valid and Microsoft said it may be fraudulent when I tried to activate. I was provided another product key by Software Geeks after complaining, but this one did not work either. Finally the third product key activated but it has been a long and painful process. There is no one to talk to - no phone number to reach anyone, file a complaint to trouble ticket, etc. - and their 'online chat' is unmanned. Responses to emails come sporadically. Not sure what is going on there and I would not recommend - too much hassle and not worth the price savings.”

“The windows 10 pro software works great! I am using it with boot camp on my MacBook Pro to keep tuned in with windows latest and greatest, the only issue I had was with using the supplied link to download a 64bit version if the software, it was really slow and kept losing connection I googled an alternative Microsoft download link which could be resumed if it lost connection and it all installed fine, I just entered the supplied software key when prompted. Thank you for a great and cost effective way to stay up to date with microsofts new operating software.”

“The instructions given in the email to upgrade/install windows 10 pro where very unclear. Im quite tach savvy so I managed to figure it out without using the instructions but for someone who isnt they will struggle. Once I figured it though it was just a matter of putting in the code.”
