“I purchased Windows 10 so I could install it on my Vista laptop. After contacting software geeks on more than one occasion as I was struggling to download the product following the instructions. I have had no response after the last instruction more than a week ago. I've now had to ask for help from a third party to get the product downloaded and installed. Unfortunately I now have no Ethernet or WiFi connection so still can't use the product. After care should be a priority with any electronic product unfortunately on this occasion and for me it doesn't seem to be.”

“I bought a copy of Windows7 that was downloadable. I wanted to install it on a Mac with Bootcamp so that I could use a particular piece of software. I do not own a pc. I couldn’t use it as because it came as an .exe file. It would have been helpful if this had been stated before I purchased it. This may be obvious to more experienced users. Perhaps I should have bought it on a cd or usb.”
