“Was wary at first because of the price, but had nothing to worry about. Even got a discount code at checkout. OS key arrived instantly and had no problems authenticating the key”

“Had problems activating a Windows 7 upgrade. Even though I realised I had to use the Microsoft automated phone system i hadn't realised that the Internet option would also result in a dead end. The secret, keep pressing the options until you get a voice on the other end. In all of this I had three or four emails with software geeks over the space of the morning. They were all very helpful and what I particularly liked is they were very prompt. None of this "we aim to get back to you within two days". Would I buy from them again? Yes I would”

“My laptop came with W7 Home Premium on it, from a reputable dealer. I succumbed to the Microsoft pressure to upgrade to W10, which then meant the laptop would not talk to the desktop. So I went back to W7, using the reversion facility in W10. Since then, Microsoft have besieged me with messages that my W7 was counterfeit. I got fed up arguing so it was easier to buy a new key from Software Geeks. They assured me it would solve the problem, and touch wood it has.”
