“The program does not open and allow me to download, so I cannot comment on how good it is. I am not a computer novice and am disappointed that I cannot open it, and consequently will not be buying anything else form this company. If the product / company were good and honest there would not be any of this hassle.”

“I was moving from Windows 10 Home to Pro so started on Page 11 of the Windows 10 Pro Installation Instructions. The scary bit was Step 4 (page 11) which says "Click on change product key" when it actually said on my machine "Activate". Because Step 3 had already said to connect to the internet I already had done. I didn't click on Activate - FIRST I disconnected again from the internet.. Then clicked on activate and then I got the Change product key option. Before entering the key I was supplied with, I connected to the internet, entered the product key and all was good. This may be a total red herring but it was for me a bit scary as the instructions expected me to activate when at that point there was no activate link available to me.”
