“I reloaded my laptop with a clean Windows 7 pro operating system after 'wiping' my harddrive. After a long time I, on request entered the Code. A message came back immediatly 'Invalid code' . Having paid for it on a site recommended by a friend I am not at all happy.”

If you're having issues installing Windows, this is a software problem and nothing related to the license key you purchased from ourselves. We're not quite sure where you get the 10 days from, since you only ordered 3 days ago? Regarding communication, we haven't received any emails from yourself. “Really easy process. Registered with Software Geeks, had the choice of Windows 7 Professional or Home Premium. Decided on the Home Premium 32bit due to my computers spec.(its nearly 10 years old). I was able to pay using Paypal. The details were emailed to me straight away. It gave decent instructions, download details and how to burn it straight to a DVD. I'm not computer genius and was able to sort it straight away. I struggled to just update my old vista and eventually did a full install. I had to reinstall drivers to the computer so make sure you have them or a way to download them. This was all done out of office hours and it was a lot cheaper than other options I had looked at. I would use them again.”
