“I must admit I was a bit dubious about ordering my Windows 7 upgrade online, especially as it seemed such value, but everything worked perfectly including the registration process (but beware, once downloaded you'll then spend the rest of weekend downloading updates!).”

“I was a little taken back at first by the price but after not having any problems with the first Win10Pro I bought over a year ago I bought a copy for my second hand laptop. Not had any problems, MS is fine after fully registering both of them. Not sure how Software Geeks do it but I'd recommend!!”

“Tried to follow instructions sent, but screen appearance differed from what was described. Tried calling for help only to be told you only communicate online. After several nights and numerous attempts I had to call in a computer consultant to download programme for me at an additional cost”

Hi Chris, The software is direct from Microsoft. The instructions provided show screenshots within Windows setup. We do not offer phone support, nor claim to do so before you order, so we cannot miraculously provide phone support when you request. A computer consultant is not required to install Windows. “This worked extremely well. Once Windows 10 was installed on my Vista 32 bit PC I was not able to do Updates and had to find the Windows Updater program and install that and everything has been trouble free since I would recommend this.”
