“I have used Software Geeks to get three Win10Pro licenses. They all worked well. In two cases, it was simply a matter of downloading an install Win10 Home from MS, and then entering their supplied code. The files necessary to install Win10Pro are included in the Win10Home setup. In the other case, this did not work and I had to read their instructions, use their special dummy key to complete the install (while disconnected from the internet), and finally reconnect to the internet and change the registration to their supplied key. I also bought a license for Access 2016, and was able to download and register using the download link and key they sent me. I've never had a problem with their keys. Just remember, if all else fails, read the instructions :)”

“I was not sure if then Office program would work, it was so easy to install, the instructions were clear. I have another laptop with office windows 10, I am thinking about upgrading to a much later program, which I will get from Software Geeks.”

“From ordering the software and making the payment it took 2 minutes to receive the download file and the software key. Loading was straightforward and I was up and running in 20mins from start to finish without any issues. Delighted.”

“Brilliant, and very quick service at a very good price. Not sure if this is the 4th or 5th licence I've bought from Software Geeks to upgrade my own and friends Widows computers mostly from 10 Home to 10 Pro. Occasionally like watching paint dry - but that's Microsoft's problem not Geeks.”

“Product was good, aftercare was not so good. Had a problem and after a couple of attempts to help, which didn't work, they just gave up and I heard no more from them! After Software geeks read this review, they did respond and the issue is now sorted.”
