“I bought a product in error and tried to return it. I was referred to the terms and conditions and that it could not be returned. The terms clearly state that I can, but my request has been shrugged off and they will not budge. It's inly £15, so not a lot of money, but it's the principle and the fact that they are ignoring their own terms of reference, for the sale. Thankfully it was not something expensive or important - that would have stung more. I am happy to take this review down if they honor their terms of service and refund policy.”

Hi Pierre, As advised numerous times, our refund policy for software ordered in error is clear. Any Software (Download or Pysical) or keycode-only software is non-refundable. Defective keycodes will be replaced, unless they have been ordered in error. We will not be bribed into issuing a refund on the basis that you'll remove your negative review if we do so. “Saw detailed reference to your site in a forum and decided to give it a go. For it not have been the forum I'd read I may have dismissed SWG as untrustable (trying to google for trust issues didn't return favorable results) and stuck to someonw I'd used previously with success. Anyway I ended up pleasantly suprised by the following (compared with similar oem competitors): - payment gateway offered paypal, so tick. It was also efficient - delivery of key was instant - proper invoice - delivery of iso was instant - price competitive - the key worked and activated without issues So next time I need similar products I'll most likely go to SWG again.”

“Bought a software download. Checkout was straightforward and download links with registration information and a link to "How To" guide arrived in my inbox before I had even logged off the site.
