“After Windows 7 loaded and setup concluded WiFi, Bluetooth, Networking, USB, etc., etc failed to work stating that the laptop contained no hardware compatible with proving those services. An email to Support received the answer that the laptop manufacturer would supply the device drivers; just how to load these into a laptop missing the means by which to achieve this was not stated. Result, a laptop now unuseable. ,”

Hi Malcolm, You purchased an operating system which is 9 years old. You have a new laptop. It's normal that the operating system will not contain drivers for new hardware. You must download them from your machine's manufacturer. We cannot provide these for you. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

“I bought a Windows 10 Pro activation key for a PC with an un-activated version of windows. I entered it into the activation bar. It doesn't recognise it as a working key. I followed the guides to no avail. I contacted them for a refund or new key and still have had no response after 2 weeks. The customer service is awful and the keys may not be legit. 1/5 Do not recommend.”

“Well lets be honest, they are damn cheap compared to any one else and that's the reason I purchase from them. Some of the software I have purchased does not activate over the internet annoyingly but so far every purchase I have made has activated over the phone. It's a bit of a hassle yes but the financial savings are worth it. Please sort out the online activation issues for a 5 star rating. I shall continue to use software geeks as the cheapest place to purchase licences until they screw it up, which hopefully they wont!”

“It’s so easy to browse there site and making a purchase is even easier. I refurbish older PC’s and it’s nice to add an OS, there prices are good and the instructions on how to and install the OS from like a pen drive is easy and step by step. Customer service is excellent if you run into any issues, would recommend these guys to anyone”
