“Provided clear instructions to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. Use Dummy Key from Windows Store to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional, then use Product Key provided in the email to activate Windows 10 Professional when system has been upgraded.”

Hello Ananda, We do not advertise telephone support and do not claim to offer it before you purchase. The online chat facility is online Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
