“Although you send me the software licences within minutes for my upgrade to window 7. I was unable to get this to work at all. I contacted you a number of times through email and therefore asked for my money back as the product didn't work. I was told that this couldn't be done as the license were allocated to me only and couldn't be used by anyone else. I do think this is unfair and therefore wouldn't use your company again nor would I recommend your company to anyone else. You could have just returned my payment of £14.99 as a goodwill.”

“The emails for the order failed to arrive and I had to chase them. The product itself has failed to load. Following the instructions is difficult for a non- teccy. I got as far as the Installation procedure, but it would not progress beyond the ' Collecting Information' stage. I have started from the beginning on 3 or 4 occasions each time with no success. I contacted you for help and was sent a help link which, apart from some basic ideas, may have been written in a foreign language for all I could understand. One part sd id suggest that Windows needed something like 8-12 hours to download, but having left it running for 30 hours uninterrupted, gave up. I'm thoroughly stressed out with the whole process.”

“Well, it seems good - but Microsoft kept interfering!! I got to a certain stage of upgrading, but was very worried I'd lose some of my software data (essentially log-in) that may - or may not - recognize the W7 u/grade v. the old XP one. Having been prompted to do so, I downloaded W. Easy-Transfer, which I then backed-up onto a pen stick, but some files failed (I was given a list) - some of which I suspect may be embedded things within the software that worked within the XP environment, but & if missing, may cause the software not to work under W7. Perhaps my best route is to use an XP VM machine within a later MSW environment. I haven't tried Geeks support yet, but if & when I do, it may have all the answers I need, In summary, not that easy to use - but perhaps I just wasn't brave enough to enact the whole thing. Perhaps it'll be perfect!?:! Perry”

“I needed to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, when I bought though as I am a techie did not read the full instructions, need to put in dummy code when upgrading from home edition then go into activation and put in the code you are provided with, not the cheapest, but still cheap to upgrade, the cheaper sites looked dodgy, so would recommend them without doubt”

“This is the first time i have used an ISO file for Windows 10 pro and i was surprised at how easy it was. File delivered very quickly, keys worked a treat and good installation instructions. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys as i will buy from them again. +++++++++++++++++++”

“Just bought license for Windows 7 Pro from SoftwareGeeks and it was a breeze. Within seconds of payment being made the license arrived by email as promised, followed seconds later by the download and instruction links for Windows 7 Pro. This also included a link for a handy little tool which is used to burn the Windows ISO file to DVD. The whole process from payment to opening up my newly installed and registered Operating System on my laptop took just over 1 Hour.
