“Was very sceptical at first and it took me a month to order as I thought it was a scam being so cheap but it was a legit software phoned Microsoft to activate windows and they did with no trouble at all will defiantly do biasness again keep it up software geeks”

“Dummy password was irrelevant - didn't work during registration process. Instead used real code given which bypassed it. Otherwise great price and value, definately worth the save. Thank you software geeks”

“I recently bought a copy of Windows 10 professional from software geeks. it was recommended by my brother after building my new gaming computer, after looking at the prices of retail Windows 10 professional I thought I would give it a shot, it did look too good to be true but the Keyworks and I am up and running Windows 10! Key is Genuine and Great Price! Thanks guys!”

“Software Geeks refused to refund the purchase of Windows 7 because it claimed it sold only the licence key not the software nor the method of download and installation. The links in the download and instruction sheet did not work or reach the correct versions of the software nor did the Windows 7 Service Pack install correctly. Very quick to emails however failed to take any ownership of the product that was sold - it was advertised as a legal Windows 7 SP1 download - I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is a far more reputable supplier on eBay who will send you a download disc and licence key and very thorough and robust instruction guide.”

Hi Lindsay, Everyone is sent the same download links and instructions, they're actually both from Microsoft. They do work. You were given links to every version of Windows 7 we sell. It's up to you to download the correct one in accordance to what version you purchased. We don't understand what you mean by the service pack, since it's already combined in the ISO file; it doesn't install separately. It is a legal Windows 7 download. We fail to see what you mean by this comment. You would not be buying a genuine disc and license for this price on eBay, and the "reputable suppliers" you speak of are not even companies/nor disclose their full names. You will also be aware that the claim you raised on Paypal was decided in our favour since all evidence was provided that the product purchased was completely valid. Regards, Mark Softwaregeeks.

“I was looking to upgrade Windows 10 home to Office and Software Geeks were so much cheaper than other competitors. Being that I have never used Software Geeks in the past & their cost was so low - I was reluctant to use them at first. All I can say is that I am glad I used them because not only was their service impeccable, the installation could not have been easier. I can't recommend this company enough and will 100% go back to this company in the future.”
