“The only area that I think could be improved is that of a much clearer detail for the process of "Install" and Activation in particular for Microsoft Software Products. It is often presented in an assumed Industry "Jargon based pigeon English combination" of technical speak and poorly constructed English. This can be a real pain to follow.”

“Had a netbook with Windows 7 Starter OS, I was changing the HDD to a SSD drive and thought I might as well update the OS while I was at it. Proed to be well worth while as all the little annoying shortfalls of OS Starter have vanished. I now have an old netbook which isn't too much of a pain to use on holiday etc. especially at the price. Shame Microsoft wont be supporting this OS after Jan 2020, nevertheless, it did what I wanted it to do at a very good price.”
