“I purchase windows 10 pro 5 days ago and still not installed I have tried the links sent to me downloaded windows 64bit and always get ISO file I really need a phone number so I can speak to someone and let them take me through it. I have been told windows 10 will not install over xp is this correct”

Hi Barbara, Instructions were sent, recommending that you use the MS tool to download and burn media if you're not an advanced user. If you're downloading an ISO file, then you've skipped this step. We're available via online chat or emails, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Softwaregeeks

“Bought W10 pro OEM and with discount came in at under £20. Key immediately available after purchase and activated windows. Would be nice to get the number on a MS Windows sticker in the post, so it can be stuck on the PC case, but other than that I am very happy in terms of price and service.”

“I simply copied the disc image to a usb stick and the install went smoothly. I needed to install KB3083710 and KB3102810 to get updates to work. It need about 230 items to bring it up to date. This all went smoothly and the laptop is up and running. I hope this is helpful.”
