“It would have been helpful to know that the Windows 7 download has to be as the one you are replacing. If I want Windows 7 now I have to pay again.”

“It worked! One thing I had a problem with was downloading the ISO from your website, it was pretty slow then conked out. It is a shame Microsoft will not let you download directly from their website with the product keys you provide. Regardless of origin, they are legitimate.”

“Perfect. Was a little wary about buying a Windows 7 Professional licence over the web but my fears were unfounded. Licence key arrived immediately after payment and it worked first time on a Windows 7 installation on a Mac - no problems at all.”

“Excellent support. The key worked first time, but please anyone reading this don't do what I done. Ensure you're not using the dummy key that's provided for an upgrade from a previous version of Windows! No matter how many times you use it, it's definitely not the correct one haha!”
