“Downloaded product key exactly as per instructions. It was not accepted by Microsoft. So I had to phone Microsoft and explain the situation to them. They were very professional and courteous in explaining how to activate my computer. I followed their instructions while they kindly waited on the phone and my computer was quickly activated. I did double check the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 wherin I found that once a software product is downloaded the consumer cannot claim a refund. It would seem that the product key that you sold me was not valid and in downloding the product I am unable to claim a refund. In the light of my experience with this product I would suggest that if consumers have a problem with activating a computer then they firstly telephone Microsoft to get the assistance required at no cost. I hope Software Geeks will take my comments on board and contact me with a view to giving me a refund.”

Dear Brian, We replied to your email on how to activate your purchased Windows 7 license. We received no reply. There are only two ways to activate, and both are explained in detail within the instructions. Microsoft cannot provide another method of activation. Since the license is completely valid and activates, we're dumbfounded as to why you would expect a refund? Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks
