“Nothing works!!! I bought today a SanDisk Cruzer Blade USB Flash Drive (8GB). I followed the instructions precisely. The Media Creation Tool says it cannot find this USB Flash Drive. I have formatted the drive and tried it in three locations on my laptop and it still cannot find it. A couple of days ago I downloaded Windows ISO but cannot proceed with burning a DVD since I have yet to receive the Product Key Card from yourselves. I am amazed that I have been asked to review your service before receiving the Product Key Card.”

Hello Chris, Why not get in touch if you're having difficulty using the software from Microsoft? How can we know you're having issues/how can we help if you don't bother to contact us? The media creation tool is direct from Microsoft and it works. If it's not, then it's local to your machine. Contact us for technical help. We do not sell "product key cards" so we're unsure of what you're referring to. Product keys are sent via email automatically upon purchase. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

“Fantastic service. Brought Win7 Pro for £14.99 (yes £14.99). Paid by PayPal and 3 seconds later I had a valid Key and download link. Downloaded, burned to a DVD and less than an hour later I had a genuine copy of Win 7 Pro on my sons computer. Thank goodness you can still get Win 7 from someone!!! Gonna but Office 2010 next as its less than £60 (last time I checked). Am definitely going to use Software Geeks again and will recommend them to my friends.”

“Could not download windows 10. Emailed asking for disc to be sent and asked a few questions about the install. The reply did not answer any of the questions I asked, only said they do not supply discs!”

Dear Violet, You emailed stating that you were having issues with the download. We replied with the instructions and download links (direct from Microsoft) and heard nothing back. Now you leave a negative review. We do not sell Windows on disc, however we did not simply reply stating "we don't sell discs" as your insinuating.
