“Purchased Windows 8.1. Initial problems as no email arrived, not in junk folder either. Emailed them and they sent email with download links. Product key wouldn't work so emailed them again and new download links sent and some instructions. Had to work a lot of it out for myself so I feel more instructions would have been helpful as not everyone is technically minded. Eventually got it all working. So far so good”

“Simple fast and easy transaction. Initially I was hesitant being concerned for being scammed but this has been a perfect transaction. I had a few issues with the install and emailed for assistance which was prompt and effective. The written instructions could be a little more in depth for novice users but I got there in the end. Many thanks Will deal again when required.”

“Given the price of windows 10 pro 64 bit I was sceptical. However everything worked just fine. I had to do some googling but that was expected as I had Ubuntu do creating a boot able usb required a bit of mucking around but all is working well now I have installed. I would recommend and use again myself”

Hi Keith, Windows 10 would not "lock up" a computer. This would be a user error which can be resolved. Windows 10 is a product from Microsoft. Regardless of if you purchase from ourselves or Microsoft, you download from the same place. You've only purchased a license key from ourselves which itself is completely valid.
