“The Windows 7 license I purchased is not working and not recognized by Microsoft's online website. Quite disappointed, I'm not sure I'll trust Software Geeks unfortunately.”

“Iwould have given this company 0 stars if possible. I have never dealt with such an unhelpful company, whose customer service is appalling. I needed assistance and they just kept telling me to send them screenshots over and over again even though I sent what they asked for 3 times. They refused to refund my money so I have wasted my money on a product they know I cannot use. I will never use this this company again and will definitely NOT be recommending them. Furthermore, they have just sent me an incredibly patronising email saying I do not know how to attach a photo and that I have lack of knowledge about the product. What a great way to speak to your customers- really excellent business practice. I have also asked them repeatedly to send confirmation they have deleted all my personal information from their site- NO RESPONSE. If you feel like being patronised and disrespected, deal with SOFTWARE GEEKS- they are number 1 at making their customers feel stupid. Once they have your money-they don't care.”

Hi Jacky, Your license is valid and working as shown in the uploaded photo. We can also include all emails with you to show there was NO attachments in any of them, so we could not help on a SOFTWARE INSTALLATION issue as we had no information on the problem. You have bought a LICENSE from us, software is copyright of Microsoft and we have no incidence on that. We put our best efforts in helping you, but cannot do so without the requested information. Our intention is at no point to "Make you feel stupid" but sometimes lack of IT knowledge can mess things up. We have also confirmed via email that we do not have any of your personal info. Jack

“The program does not open and allow me to download, so I cannot comment on how good it is. I am not a computer novice and am disappointed that I cannot open it, and consequently will not be buying anything else form this company. If the product / company were good and honest there would not be any of this hassle.”

“Waste of money. Bought the upgrade followed the instructions. Did not work. Glad it wasn't expensive. But Ended up having to buy a new laptop instead with all the latest stuff on it.”

“I purchased Windows 7 Pro and then got charged for Windows 10 Pro plus the Windows 7 Pro I ordered and when I asked for the overcharge to be repaid I was completely ignored”

“Due to an oversight I bought a key for the wrong version of windows 7. They don't stock keys for the version I needed and refused to give me a refund so I've spent £15 on some numbers. Great service guys.”

“I bought a Windows 10 Pro activation key for a PC with an un-activated version of windows. I entered it into the activation bar. It doesn't recognise it as a working key. I followed the guides to no avail. I contacted them for a refund or new key and still have had no response after 2 weeks. The customer service is awful and the keys may not be legit. 1/5 Do not recommend.”
