“I emailed to ask a question and received an answer within half an hour, this prompted me to buy the software from them. Everything was so easy including the download and the registration of the original Microsoft software. Great service and a good price.”

“Cannot fault the instructions given for download and activation after purchasing Win 10 pro (64bit). Install and activation went without hitch and I had no need to make any contact for assistance. Saved me a considerable amount of money.”

“While follow-up customer service was quick and polite, the advertising was not clear. I needed a Mac version of Office, did a Google search for "microsoft office Mac 2010" and followed the very first link that came up. Everything looked good, and there was nothing on the page to indicate it was not a product for Mac. Only after purchase did I receive links for a 32-bit or 64-bit install, which is of course for a Windows installation. Again, customer service was prompt and clear that there could be no refund or replacement. Thus two stars instead of one. My objection is there should be a clear description about compatibility on the product page, given that the page is configured such that it came up number 1 in the Google search. It is reasonable to assume that the top google hit for a specific search will be for the product that was searched for.”

Hi John, You purchased a LICENSE from ourselves. The software is free-of-charge from Microsoft. We have no control that Microsoft requires Windows to install from a USB/DVD, you should raise this with Microsoft themselves. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks

“I purchased Windows 10 in order to run it in a VM on a Mac. The price was far less than buying from MS, the purchase was quick, I received download instructions within a minute and I had successfully downloaded and installed Windows 10 in no more than 3 hours. A really good service.”
