“Purchased Windows 7 download which was "delivered" very quickly and was as described. Unfortunately the software they recommended to produce a bootable USB to load this to my computer did not work and despite many slow exchanges of emails in the end I sourced something that worked perfectly. They did not make me happy but frustrated! Would not recommend them other than for a simple purchase.”

“Purchased windows 7 as I was still running vista, paid my money, downloaded the software all ok. However no software key was sent, chased this up and was told it would have been on an email that would have been sent - checked all folders no email received so chased again but no replies even received. No I wouldn't use again and No I would not recommend to anyone. Poor service is an understatement”

“Bought Windows 10 and the instructions that came along with it how to download it into ones computer were very simple and straightforward instructions which I found very user-friendly for non savvy computer people like myself.
